Pat Bowden, a
restaurateur in St Lucia for the past 35 years opened Buzz in
January 2000. Pat has previously owned the
Hurricane Hole Hotel in Marigot Bay; Pat's Pub in Rodney Bay; San
Antoine on The Morne; The Bistro and The Burger Park.
At Buzz Pat has created a restaurant and bar with a warm ambiance,
friendly atmosphere and lots of charm.
Cocktails are original and fun. Try the
Buzz Cooler,
Buzzing Bee Stinger
and our famous Mango Daquiri.
Although Pat is always eager to make changes to the menu, this has
to be done very carefully. Regular guests.. appear devastated when
their favourite is no longer there!
Making your selection can take time - besides Charbroiled Steaks and
sumptuous Baby Back Ribs, specialties..
include Lobster & Crab Cakes, herb crusted Rack of Lamb, Potato
Crusted Red Snapper (fresh from the Caribbean..
Sea) and Parmesan Crusted Chicken on a bed of Fettuccini Alfredo .Click

By popular demand, Moroccan Spiced Lamb Shanks have
become an addition to the regular menu. If you fancy.. something local
try the Pepper Pot or Seafood Creole.

Buzz is also one of the few restaurants catering for.vegetarians.

Dress is casual and guests may dine in one of the dining areas or in
the the garden.
Buzz is open nightly from 5:00pm except for Mondays when we are
closed.
